No, you do not have to be a dancer or an experienced fitness practitioner to join the platform. BTB training is very functional, anatomy-based, form and quality focused and it’s designed to help adults of all backgrounds and levels gain long term tools for maximizing intelligent performance at the gym, in the studio, and in the day to day reality.

No, all exotic pole classes are included in the BTB membership AND as a sweet bonus, they come with follow along warm-up routines that consist of specific drills and dance-inspired exercises that intelligently prepare your body for challenging elements in the choreos.

Absolutely, you would just have to cancel your monthly membership first (through account settings) and then re-subscribe to the platform by selecting a new payment plan.

At this time, we do not offer free trials but we do have a sweet first month discount code available for those of you that choose to sign up for the BTB newsletter.
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account, navigating to the membership settings, and selecting the option to cancel. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

We offer a wide range of classes including strength training with weights, body-weight conditioning, active flexibility, passive flexibility, creative full body flows, core challenges, all level guides and goal-specific programs (i.e front split, middle splits, strong glutes etc).

BTB classes and programs are pre-recorded to provide you with the flexibility to work out anywhere, at any time. New class is added weekly to keep your fitness routine fresh and exciting. Once a month, Jemma offers a 60 min LIVE zoom session to all members of the platform.

Yes, BTB offers classes and programs to adults of ALL LEVELS, from complete beginners to movement professionals. Our “11 Days of Movement” program covers all foundational exercises and a gradual increase in intensity to help you build strength, correct movement form and gain confidence to try intermediate level classes.

We accept credit card payments and all transactions are secure and encrypted.

For monthly memberships, you will be billed on the same day each month. For yearly memberships, you will be billed once per year on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
