  • E-CONNECT + MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT (MINI SESSION)

    The initial 60 min session is all about connection and setting you up for success on your functional movement journey with BTB. This lesson will include a thorough discussion of your training history, any past injuries, and a full body mobility assessment. We’ll explore your specific fitness + wellness goals and come up with a custom training plan + comfortable schedule to ensure a clear and motivating path forward.
