This functional training bundle is for you if:
You are NOT ready to commit to the btb membership but you like my training style and are looking for pre-recorded flexibility/strength classes to help you achieve one (or all) of the following movement goals:
Advanced hip mobility to be able to safely perform full front splits, full middle splits AND to learn how to transition between the two (hip flexion/extension to hip abduction);
Advanced spinal extension/back strength + solid shoulder & hip mobility to be able to safely perform multiple variations of bridges (camel, full wheel shape, forearm wheel shape);
You wish to incorporate weights into your workout regimen to further improve lower body muscle strength and tone (hello, beautiful & strong glutes!) and you are looking for dance specific cross-training;
You need those legs to fly up (and stay up) in dance classes but it just doesn't happen no matter how often you take flexibility classes at the studio and stretch on your own. I got you!
bundle 2.0 is also for you if:
You've been training with me online or in-person and you understand the importance of being a well rounded flexibility practitioner (incorporating the right combination of active, passive, static and dynamic drills) vs just sitting in flexy shapes and hoping for results;
There is still a significant gap between your end range passive flexibility and your active flexibility and you are looking for new short workout recordings to help you work on closing that gap;
You are a lower intermediate-advanced movement artist/athlete and you are interested in learning more about dance based active flexibility & strength training;
